Vance Huber of Studio Ice. Learn the basics of carving ice while watching a beautiful ice sculpture emerge before your eyes. Vance learned ice carving at The Sheraton Tacoma Hotel while banquet chef for 18 years. Vance and his twin brother, Brian, started their ice carving business, Studio Ice, in 1999, and now compete internationally.
