The Bite of Proctor ~ Come hungry!  

Can you imagine visiting your favorite Proctor eateries on a walking culinary tour?  Many of our Proctor District chefs will offer some of their best  culinary creations on the sidewalk!

           Enjoy classic burgers & hot dogs with all the fixings & chips all day long.   
           Also available will be ice cream bars, refreshing shaved ice & beverages
    East West Proctor ~ 
            Fresh spring rolls with pork, prawns, rice noodles, fresh vegetables &
            herbs all rolled up and easy to eat in rice paper!  They will also offer
            a Vietnamese sandwich to introduce some of their favorite flavors
            not to be missed.  
   Metropolitan Market ~ 
            You will love MM's famous Kobe beef burgers on the grill with chips & 
            a cold beverage.
   Nick-n-Willy's Pizza
            Welcome Nick-n-Willys to the neighborhood by trying a slice of one of  
            their signature pizzas:  secret crust recipe with fresh herbs ...
            garlic, feta, fontina, parmesan.  Also try their chicken wings, baked
            crispy on the outside, tender on the inside!
    Old House Cafe
            be sure and try Chef Mark's famous raspberry cake
    Proctor Teriyaki ~ 
            will be cooking up some crispy egg rolls and perfect pot stickers, making 
            great snacks for appetizers any time of day.  Or you may wish to try
            beef teriyaki to make your taste buds dance; the beef is full of the 
            wonderful flavors of ginger, soy sauce and garlic.  
    Pour at Four
            will be serving some Smoked Pork sandwiches to eat on the go.  They
            will also offer some finger lick'n good Boneless Beef Ribs sure to be tented
            and juicy.  To keep the tradition of festival food: some delicious
            Corn Dogs for the kids, or the kid in us all

            is teaming up with Johnsonville again this year to serve their piping 
                       hot  Johnsonville brats with chips & beverages.

Culinary Arts Demonstration

Returning again this year  . . . . . .

Vance Huber of 
Studio Ice.  Learn the basics of carving ice while watching a beautiful ice sculpture emerge before your eyes.   Vance learned ice carving at The Sheraton Tacoma Hotel while  banquet chef for 18 years.  Vance and his twin brother, Brian, started their ice carving business, Studio Ice, in 1999, and now compete internationally.
