Arts & Crafts Vendor Guidelines
* All artwork/crafts must be made by the artist. No imports or resale items!
* Artists must be present during the hours of the event. It is recommended that you demonstrate the process for making your items.
* No sales commission is required for our event.
* Vendors must supply all tables, chairs & canopies for their space. The booth spaces are 10'x10', and are set up in the streets. Weights must be used to stabilize the canopies in case of wind or inclement weather.
* To create a balance in the festival, we are limiting the spaces available for each category. We will continue to accept applications until the space is full. Application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival.
* If power is needed, the Arts Fest committee must know in advance, as it may affect the placement of your booth. Power must be provided by our provider, not by artist.
* No alcohol or loud music will be permitted in or around the vicinity of your booth.
